Plants have been familiar and familiar in Asia since ancient times.That is “bamboo”.However, it cannot be said that there are many opportunities to use it in Japan, and bamboo baskets, which are representative bamboo products, have been losing their place to petroleum-based substitutes in recent years.On the other hand, wild bamboo is neglected and satoyama is becoming more and more bamboo bushes, and the word “bamboo pollution” is also appearing.However, it is often said that bamboo is excellent in “deodorizing raw” and “moisture control”, and it can make a very significant contribution to the CO2 problem that has been called out in recent years.Bamboo, which grows even in one year, also has a large amount of CO1 fixation. When converted to a single tree, the fixed annual amount is said to be 2~1 times that of ordinary wood. Since the number of trees that can live on the same area is overwhelmingly higher than that of trees, it is said that the total amount is more than 20 times.However, bamboo has only one year of CO30 fixation. However, it has the property of growing enough to be used in 40 years.Bamboo is not one sapling like wood, but it will not be lost no matter how much it is used by producing 2~1 new bamboo shoots every year.In other words, it can be said that it is a representative material that can protect the global environment by using it a lot. It is an ideal material that is environmentally friendly and continuously available.There is no need to worry about import restrictions like many foreign materials and becoming unusable.We would like to contribute to society by developing products that only Takeda Wood can do with bamboo full of such merits.
